DURING YOUR CONSULT: Dr Martell will review your recent hormone test results, symptoms and ask about your lifestyle, nutrition and supplement practices. If you have other relevant test results that you’d like her to review before your consultation (up to 2), you can submit those during the scheduling process. Based on your conversation and test results, she will provide her top suggestions for holistic rebalancing including stress management, nutrition, key supplements / herbs and/or bioidentical hormones (depending on results/symptoms). She can also provide guidance speaking with doctors about hormone therapy or birth control concerns (if applicable).
